Developed and integrated solely by LandSpace, LandSpace-1 or LS-1, is the very first launcher that has independent intellectual property from LandSpace launch vehicle family. The debut of LS-1 fills in the blank of private commercial launcher in China. It is a new member to the great family of Chinese launcher and offers more quality Chinese launchers to the world market.

LS-1 is the first solid-propellant launcher of LandSpace family. It can meet most of the launch requirements of low-earth orbit (LEO0, for example, the launch capacity can vary at 400km LEO. It is also capable to launch multiple payloads on one flight.
LandSpace-1 (LS-1), a small launcher designed and developed by LandSpace, is a four-stage solid-propellant launcher with a capacity of launching 400kg payloads into a 500km SSO. The launcher stands 20.7 meters tall with a diameter of 2.0 meters; the liftoff mass reaches 57.4 tons with a liftoff thrust of 122.6t .

Fairing adopts the rotating jettison separation mode. Flexible SC/LV interface and strong adaptability. The standard Ø 660mm adapter is used for SC/LV interface. Bolt connection, 300 clamp-band, POD and other specific need can also be provided upon the client’s requirement.

Quick and simple launch mode
LS-1 adopts the launch mode of horizontal assembling, horizontal testing and horizontal complete transport, allows for quick erection, reduces testing time and lower cost of launch support.
